About: JOASM is an organization that created an avenue for single mothers, and women that experienced traumas such as rape; molestation, physical abuse, infertility, losses and so much more to be able to share their stories, building a society of women that are not afraid to tell their truth nor ashamed of their past. The name JOASM comes from the founder, Dasharra Bridges book "Journey of a Single mother," in this novel she reveals true-life situations in hopes of helping others become set free and healed while encouraging all to share their truth. In 2013 the founder began holding ladies' meetings in her living room where women from all backgrounds would come and eat, encourage and pray for each other.

JOASM gives back to the community and those in need during outreach events and feeding the homeless and providing necessities for single moms and children. Monetary donations are accepted below, our ultimate goal is to build a Safe House for women and children.
